Green BMW in Driveway-License Plate is now missing off rear-Has been there for many years--I believe it is related to illegal storage of stolen property of paraphernalia-The owner of car is a parolee and has not been seen in quite awhile. There have been other people that have stopped by and rummaging through vehicle. If vehicle goes they may too. The aunt that lives there is not involved in illegal activity but allows those elements to stay at house occasionally. Bail Agent (Sacramento) stopped by my house last week looking asking if I saw Krista (prior Arrest) across the street.

Good afternoon.  I have some concerns about our neighbor who set-up a basketball hoops in the street between our driveways.  When our neighbors kids are playing the basketball, they are so loud, yelling and cursing over conversation all the time.  Also, the ball is keep on coming to our front yard hitting either our cars and plants.  Please help.  Thank you in advance.
