Hello,

I have a concern for my water bill for 1811 Navigator Drive. I moved out of the residence June 28th and my account was not closed. My new address is 15914 Laurel Rd Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022. The current bill reflects water usage up to mid August and would like an updated bill that reflects my usage while in the residence. I can provide a letter from my former property manager indicating the date we left the residence.

When logged into my Lathrop Water Service account and attempting to pay my bill online, the credit card drop down box does not allow me to select VISA, Mastercard, etc. so I am unable to complete the transaction.  I have made my payment over the phone during this issue but please try to fix the issue so that I can make my payments online in the future.
