It was my understanding when I signed up for my water service, that I would get my deposit back after 1 year. I haven't received it yet, could you let me know the status of that please. My account number is 16425-005
I have a concern for my water bill for 1811 Navigator Drive. I moved out of the residence June 28th and my account was not closed. My new address is 15914 Laurel Rd Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022. The current bill reflects water usage up to mid August and would like an updated bill that reflects my usage while in the residence. I can provide a letter from my former property manager indicating the date we left the residence.
