Hello just wanted to find out how can I obtain copies of the past bills (water bills). Is there a way to access past bills online, if so what's the link?

Please help, I was told I can try to input my account online to enable auto-pay.  Either I'm lost or not really understanding the entire system.  But upon speaking with Sonia, thought this is the way to go. Please enlighten me, as I really want to resume having to pay my bill automatically but I'm unable to navigate through this.  Thanks.

I would like to reset my login info because it has been a long time and I forgot my login. I tried to create a new account using my full name, Dwight Phillip Stanley McElyea with my email, stan.mcelyea@yahoo.com. It said it couldn't varify my info.

I called in just now looking to change the business name on my current license and was directed to the website to contact the Finance department. The FAQ states to "notify the Finance Department in writing of a business name change." My current business name is "CREATION" and I would like to changed to "CRTN".
