Hi, I'm reporting a car that has been parked for 6 days at the end of Hemsworth court in River island in Lathrop. The car is just sitting there and it has not been driven . License plate 6kME735 Burgandy Toyota Camry. 

There is a boat on a tow that has been parked on the street for weeks on Christie Falls Way in Stonebridge area of Lathrop. 

My next door neighbor who lives at 17448 Pheasant Downs is in his backyard and has videos playing out loud and he's talking to himself. I think he's under the influence of drugs/alcohol and he keeps cursing, using phrases like "oh my fucking G*d," "oh shit, this is dope," "fuck me" and other derogatory phrases. He's very loud and it's really scary because I have young children. He's been making noise for the last 10 minutes. He now has his lights off, which is even scarier. Please have someone Check this out.
