Early last week I saw a person who does not live in the neighborhood drop off a vehicle on a trailer in front of 763 Rose Arbor Pt in Lathrop. It's been more than a week now and it has not been moved. I'm assuming it is inop since it's on a trailer. 

Car on street has not been moved in 2 months light grey blue Hyundai SuV license plate 7brd214 ......parked infront of 16126 Suzie q ln 

My neighbor at 367 Schilling Ave practice with a live band in there yard for 2-3 hours and now they also do like a drumming banging. I feel if you have a live band and drumming they should be in a hall practicing not in a back yard in a Residencial area. Common courtesy as we don't want to listen to this coming home from a long day's work. I have called twice regarding the noise and to date nothing has been done. Can someone please address this issue
