17448 Pheasant Downs Lathrop Loud neighbor in his yard cursing

My next door neighbor who lives at 17448 Pheasant Downs is in his backyard and has videos playing out loud and he's talking to himself. I think he's under the influence of drugs/alcohol and he keeps cursing, using phrases like "oh my fucking G*d," "oh shit, this is dope," "fuck me" and other derogatory phrases. He's very loud and it's really scary because I have young children. He's been making noise for the last 10 minutes. He now has his lights off, which is even scarier. Please have someone Check this out.

Boats addressed a few other vehicles were issued parking tickets, one vehicle was towed.  As far as the loud music please call dispatch at (209) 468-4400 24 hours / 7 days a week.

Reached out the community member via email - need to verify street as we are not seeing this street in Lathrop.  Double checked the street name with community development as well we only see a Sweetbrier Place in Manteca.  Once the community member gets back to us we'll access the issues how needed.

Garbage trailer

16191 Suzie q ln trailer is constantly left in the street full with garbage! Hasn't moved it 2 weeks ...... also across the street from the trailer blue Saturn car 2 door hasn't moved in months .license plate number 7ECU057

Traffic Team is aware - went out to school during drop off and pick up 8/31 & 9/2...spoke to some parents.  Please call dispatch at (209) 468-4400 while this is occurring to dispatch deputies at that time.
