Noise Complaint

My neighbor at 367 Schilling Ave practice with a live band in there yard for 2-3 hours and now they also do like a drumming banging. I feel if you have a live band and drumming they should be in a hall practicing not in a back yard in a Residencial area. Common courtesy as we don't want to listen to this coming home from a long day's work. I have called twice regarding the noise and to date nothing has been done. Can someone please address this issue

Trespassing encampment

I am reporting a trespass and encampment on our property. I represent the Center for Natural Lands Management which owns property (18001 inland passage way) on the San Joaquin River within the City of Lathrop.  This property contains sensitive habitat for Federal and State listed endangered species.  There is an encampment growing on the river edge comprised of several boats and platforms, and the presence of individuals and activities threaten the property, including damage to fencing, harassment and take of sensitive species and threat of wildfire.
