Police

There is a vehicle that has been parked on our street for weeks & hasn't moved. The spider webs and debris on and around the vehicle are growing daily. 
 

Vehicle is parked in front of 17433 Pheasant Downs Road, Lathrop.

It is a white VW Jetta liv # 6AJP290
 

I have put in multiple complaints about this home but nothing is being done. I've called the 24 hour dispatch and the individuals in the house don't open the door. This is ridiculous. The man is up all night screaming and yelling. He is either drunk or high when yelling. He is up from 8 pm till 7 am screaming inappropriate things. I can't call the cops every day on this house. It get tiring especially since the police can't do anything if this man doesn't open the door. I am hoping the city can do something.

To Whom This May Concern, 

I'm writing this on behalf I am a resident in Lathrop, Ca and in front of my residence there's an abandoned truck. The truck has been sitting here for months I don't know who or when it was dropped off and left here. If possible we can have someone come look at it to have it removed. 

I have made multiple complaints as well as called the dispatch number. I am not the only one in the neighborhood complaining about 17448 pheasant downs. The Gonzalez family is too loud to be living in this neighborhood. I was able to put my kids to sleep at 2 am because their son who smokes idk what drug and drinks alcohol is screaming at the top of his lungs. At 3:30 am my kids and I both woke up with the sound of him shouting "b*tch!". He is drunk and idk what drugs he's taking but the man is up all night. I cannot sleep and my kids can't either.

The Belion family is a very noisy family to live around. I feel that I will be moving from this side of Lathrop because of them. They smoke weed every night which is impossible to put the kids to sleep with the stench. They have music on starting as early as 6:30 in the morning and will go on till 1 am. I've spoken to other neighbors and they've told me that they call the 24 hour dispatch which I did today. The cops came and the music was down for 5 minutes. Right when the cops left the music was blasted.
