Industrial Opportunities: 

The City of Lathrop has an existing inventory of more than 15.3 million square feet of existing industrial buildings, and it has approved 4.9 million
square feet for new construction.  Two of Lathrop's newest industrial parks are Tri-Point Logistics Center (Crow Holdings, Inc.) and
Lathrop Gateway Business Park (Phelan Development Company).  To search for available industrial space and/or land for build-to-suit
