Help Repair Your Home (Property Rehabilitation Program)
The City of Lathrop is offering to assist low-income homeowners with home repairs. The repairs are financed by low interest loans that may have deferred payments for the first five or more years.
The repairs may include:
- Roof Replacement
- Electrical
- Kitchen & Bathroom Repairs
- Handicap Accessibility
- Painting
- Linoleum & Carpeting Replacement
- Plumbing Corrections
- Window Replacement
The below income limitations apply:

| 3 | $63,100 per year |
| 4 | $70,100 per year |
| 5 | $75,750 per year |
| 6 | $81,350 per year |
