Downpayment Assistance (GAP Loan) Program
The program is a deferred down payment assistance loan program designed to assist low-income, first-time homebuyers towards their dream of homeownership. The following must be met in order to qualify:
- Loan amount can be 20% of the sales price up to $40,000 (whichever is lesser)
- Must income qualify
- Loans are processed on a first-come, first serve basis
- Purchased home must be located in Lathrop
