Building Division

 I am thinking of putting a storage shed up on the East side of my property between my garage and the property line fence.

 I understand I will need to submit official engineering drawings to be reviewed and ok'd before starting any work, but there are some issues/questions I need to get answered before I can even have the drawings of the work needed done.

Good afternoon.  My company needs to pull a permit to replace an air conditioner.  My company is Baker Heating and Air located in Manteca.  Lic952059.  Do we need to get a city business license before we can pull the permit?  If so is there a number we can call to do this?  Thank you.
