Would you kindly cite to me the City of Lathrop, CA Ordinance against Airbnb Rentals that do not meet the required 28 days minimum stay?

I am unable to find such 'Ordinance' on the City Website 'Code Compliance/Enforcement'.

Your assistance with this matter would greatly be appreciate it, so that I may have this information 'Ordinance/Law' for my records.
