Our home address is 18286 garmetta way, lathrop CA. Construction for a new development has started directly behind our backyard. I am very concerned for the structural integrity of our home. I am an engineer, and I know that the constant vibrations and shaking of the ground due to the excavating equipment to is absolutely not normal. These vibrations/shaking have been constant everyday for the past week or so. I am concerned for the secondary effects or any damage the constant shaking can cause to my foundation or destabilizing of the ground.

After speaking with the mayor he suggested I ask this department I am in need of an actual paper copy of appeals got code enforcement. Or if u can email me one directly to lckyriver@yahoo.com because I can't seem to navigate the right word on the lathrop's search engine the only one I get is planning appeals thank u.

367 lathrop rd .from 10-08-2020 start water supply to10-14-2020.=7day. I receved water bill.total. 461.82$ (account#3080-006). I have used letter and phone to communicate with the water supply department,still unresolved,

1.I hope city  have a suitable investigation ,2.if you want me help investigate.I hope provide chinese translation.(my english level is low), 3. I don't want to owe  bill.it worries me. hope solve quickly,
