If this property is connected to water and/or sewer service, please provide the connection date or an approximation of the connection date, with particular emphasis on a connection date/year for sewer service. A listing of permits which includes the date issued and a brief description of the work performed under the permit, or a copy of the first page of each permit would be sufficient for my purposes, which ever approach would be easier for you to accomplish. If no permits are on file with the City for this property, please let me know that is the case by return email.
