235 Warren Has alot of garbage and unkept outside around the house. Many houses have garbage and junk on Warren. If you guys are only going to pick on certain people that is discrimination. Do you job and give everybody a citation.

There's a basketball hoop on the corner of old glory and liberty which forces you to go into oncoming traffic. I don't ever see anyone use it. If they could move in from the corner a bit, it would not be a hazard.
