17448 PHEASANT DOWNS - NOISE

This is the third online complaint I have made about the people living in 17448 Pheasant Downs. One of the men started making noise at 7:44 P.M. on May 30th and is currently making inappropriate noises, such as moaning and at one point during the night was yelling the word "b*tch" repeatedly and very aggressively.  He is clearly intoxicated, which is none of my concern but the fact that it's scaring me is not right. The noise compliance code is pretty clear about what is acceptable and unacceptable in terms of noise and this is clearly disturbing the peace of the entire neighborhood.

My apologies. The noise was so loud I thought it was coming from the street. It actually was coming from the neighbors with a concrete truck.

Noise ordinance

Construction started at 6am this Saturday 5/29/21 on Louise Ave. The residents were not informed of this as well as to my understanding noise ordinance is 7am in Lathrop during the week and 9am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

It is currently 9:03 PM and the neighbors at 17448 Pheasant Downs are weeping out loud. I would not mind if they were having normal conversations but they are not using normal conversational tones and are disturbing my peace. Please address this issue because many neighbors are not content with this. Thanks.

It is currently 1:05 AM and the man is singing out loud at the top of his lungs. This is ridiculous that my neighbors and I have to deal with this. I am not going to call the cops because they don't do anything because they don't open their door. Please make this an urgent matter and get it resolved because these people have no respect.

Noise Complaint

Residents of 17448 Pheasant Downs have been making noise for the past week all night long. There are a group of men who come together who are intoxicating with alcohol and marijuana and yell for hours at night. They are loud and breaking the code set forth by Lathrop. They are very loud and vulgar and very aggressive, because they argue and randomly scream. This is not right and should be taken care of because I am being disturbed at the expense of someone else who is clearly breaking the compliance code.
