Home address 17416 Stone Celler way continues to keep there driveway dirty. Vehicles in driveway with trash and an old parked RV. Also, has parked a van for more than a week down the street with no plate number. This will depreciate the value of my home and the rest of my neighbors who care for there home. 

The people @ 730 Boulder Ave are continuilly parking their big rig at their house.

My wife and I moved here to River Islands about three and a half years ago. We love the community and particularly love the parcel of land that we purchased right on the lake at Beacon Bay. As you can imagine the premium to purchase on the lake was substantial. In our case is was $70,000.00. We love to go out the back and enjoy the water. My issue is with what I have to look at when I go out my front door. My neighbor across the street has, for the last several months positioned a used mattress on the front porch and has been in that spot for months.

There is an abandoned car & trailer with at least 1 of the wheels off an axle along Granite Ave.  The trailer and car (both appear abandoned) are on the right side of Granite facing west between Peridot & Pinecrest.  The vehicles have been there since at lease 7/14/2021.
