Code Compliance

Hello. I really do not know who to contact but the people living across from me always play karaoke and have their speakers so loud. They have music playing from 7 am in the morning till exactly 9 pm right before the deadline of playing loud music. I understand they are staying within the time limit but their music is disturbing daily living. I wake up with migraines because of how loud they play their piano, sing music, and play music on their speakers. They do this every single day of the week. Please help me by sending them a letter. They live on Pheasan Downs in Lathrop. 

This is in regards to the property at 749 Albany St. in Lathrop. The owners have erected a giant sized tent in the neighborhood we will be purchasing in but have not closed on yet. We don't know if this has been temporarily permitted by the city for a special occasion or something more permanent for another purpose. We aren't the nosy meddling type. We believe that if you own your home you should be allowed to with it as you feel as long as it falls within the guidelines permitted by the city. Having said that, this structure isn't your '"run of the mill" tent.

Property 16299 trash cans are still out after pick up day blocking public street parking. It's a green top trash can.
