 My wife and I walk almost every day for exercise and when we walk down J Street in Lathrop across from the Fire Department there are two trees on the North side of the street at 779 J Street where the trees are so close to the sidewalk and are trimmed in such a way that the trees are only 5' or less from the ground and you have to almost walk in the street in order to get by.

 The trees are planted approx. 1-1.2' from the sidewalk and are trimmed over hang the sidewalk by about 1.5-2' at a height of about 5' or less.

The moveable basketball hoop that is owned by 18261 Millbrook Ave just tipped over due to the wind. This is a hazard for anyone that walks or drives by there. The basketball hoop stays up 365 days a year. Please address this concern.

This is about the yard waste can at 348 Villa Real Ct. It has been in the street since Saturday 4/3/21. I was informed in the past that cans were only allowed out 24 hours prior to pick up. 

17422 pheasant down in lathrop is being very loud. Their dogs bark every night. 
 

17428 pheasant down are just super loud and inappropriate neighbours. They smoke weed all night. They also have a dog that barks till the morning. The owners of the dog constantly are cursing in their backyards.
