Please do something about the constant derelict yard at 685 Pioneer Ave Lathrop in the Mossdale area. This yard is constantly reported for over grown weed front yard. It is a fire hazard, dangerous and just looks horrible.
This ticket has been assigned to a Community Service Officer to initiate a call for service. We will reach out if we have any questions. In the future, if you would like a quicker response, you can reach out to our Non-Emergency phone line and an officer would be out there to inspect that day. Any questions please let us know. Thank you and have a good day.
We apologize for the delay, but we wanted to ensure we pass on the correct information. Unfortunately, I will have to redirect you to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. They would be the more appropriate resource in order to conduct an inspection on the hotel. The phone number to their department is (209) 468-3420. Thank you for your cooperation.
I am aware this ticket is closed but the homeowners continue to take their dog to the park and do not pick up the feces. Nothing has changed, how else can this be addressed?

A trailer has been parked in front of 575 Willow Bnd and it has not moved in a long time. I do know trailers are not allowed on street when unhitched and they've had it parked for a long time with no movement.
