After further research, it has been determined that this property has an active building permit issued with the City of Lathrops Building Department.  To report the contractor for not having a license or violating workers comp regulations, please report to the Contractors State License Board using the following link:

Blocked drive way

My elderly neighbors at 655 jonquil dr have someone blocking the driveway. They were unsure who to contact. I'm the neighbor at 645 jonquil dr, Jennifer Luis. 

The vehicle is a blue  4 door Honda
