Code: 8.20.110 - Construction Noise Hours

Address 2189 Mozart has been having work start on there home as early as 6:30 AM over the past 4 days. I have kindly requested that they review the code as we have to be able to live our daily lives. They have ignored my request. They continue to use loud tools, sick as Jack hammers before 7AM daily.
Kindly help ensure everyone is respectful of our neighborhood and the rules.

Cars parked over 72 hours never moved

This is second times same thing the guys had 6 cars move around and not move registration expired since 2022 for 2 cars , police gave out warnings ticket to move by 72 hours he moved after 5 days and switch parked his cars there and here. And today we had to take trash cans out no where we can put it out have to be 6 feet away from the car. His cars parked all over and he the only one house don’t have trash can too so I don’t think hes  care , last time we put trash can out on the front house and neighbors he just moved my trash can and parked his car.
