10.24.050 Parked off truck route/over ten thousand pounds.

A neighbor continues to park their big rig on our residential street and has been for the last two months.  Can someone please let them know that this is against code compliance and have them remove the vehicle.  Thurston CT, Lathrop ca.  Thank you...

Continous Noise

My neighbor has continuously played his music up until 3:00 a.m. for over the past few months and I've been patient. All of my other neighbors have had the same issue with him. We've asked him multiple times And a nicely manner To bring down his music after 11 pm As I work from home Chicago time and he has told my husband Do not come to his property with complaints and ignored. I'm not sure what the beeping sound is but it is Extremely Loud and disrupts our household every few minutes it goes off and his backyard it may be an alarm issue where he has to recharge or replace something.

Public Nuisance

The residents of 16201 Fifth St park their vehicles completely blocking the sidewalk so others can't walk on it. You can even google their house on street view and see for yourself that their car is blocking the path. This is a daily occurrence and is getting old. You can't walk by at all, especially if you have a stroller or a wheelchair. This is against state laws and needs to be addressed.
