Noise complaint, loud music and live band

Last night our neighbor at 367 schilling ave here in lathrop had a big party a they had a live band if which was so loud. They have been warned before. Today they are playing there music loud again. I don't care if they want to listen to music but the whole neighborhood does not need to hear it!  They were warned before and were good for a but but now they are at it again. 

More than 25 hours loud music && bass quake during the weekend of 9/2-9/3

BOATS and MOTORHOMES Parked in Front Yard

There is a Neighbor at 14451 Cedar Valley Dr Parking Motorhome and Boat in Front Yard. 

Since May 2003, the city has grappled with a conflict between residents who want to continue parking their recreational vehicles in their front yard and those who think it creates a hazardous eyesore. A city ordinance already on the books requires Lathrop residents to keep RVs behind a fence alongside their house or in the back yard.
