Non operable vehicle parked in street. Dirty with spider webs

My neighbors have a non operational vehicle parked in the street with spider webs and dirty. Not supposed to be there non operational status.

Neighbors are still leaving trash bins out daily to prevent street parking. Nothing has been done or resolved on Grinnell Court in River Islands. 

Oversized vehicles and trash bins

Trailer parked on Silver Springs that sticks out forcing oncoming  to go around. Harker Ct has a home with garbage bins being left on the street at all times.

This vehicle is still parked in the community, is someone going to ticket the vehicle since it is on a public street?  Nothing has been done since the request was submitted!

 In the past it was against city code/policy to park vehicles,boats,trailers,etc. on the lawn or dirt in front of a house.

 With it being widely known that the city does not actively have their people get out of the office and go out checking to make sure codes are being followed/enforced, and that most everything is driven by a complaint, here is a complaint.

Re: Red Pickup truck parked for almost a week

I would like to report an old Ford Red Pick up truck with license plate 31679L2 that has been parked for a week on the side street by the corner of Finchwood Drive and Cobble Creek Way  Lathrop. I was planning to trim my tree but unable to do so since this truck has been there for days. We would be very much appreciate if this can be resolved. Unfortunately I dont know who owns the vehicle and it does not look familiar around my neighborhood.  And thank you for continuously keeping Lathrop a very well maintained city and a nice neighborhood.
