Parked Semi in neighborhood

Good morning,

 

I have attempted to reach out to someone in your department without any luck. My question is related to code enforcement

dealing with parking. I have a neighbor at 187 Chandra Way, Lathrop 95330, who parks his semi on the street as if it were a regular vehicle. Is this allowed?

 

If someone can contact me that would very much be appreciated.

Damaged car on blocks parked in front of residence at 742 Rose Arbor Pt.

Accessory structure

I would like to report an accessory structure being built, possibly without permits, in a backyard of a residence. The structure looks like it is going to be for habitation purposes. I would say the progress of the structure is about 60% built at this time. Please investigate this. The address is 669 Bacarra St. I would like to remain anonymous in terms of being the reporting party. Please reach out if you have questions.

House at 315 Emory oak will never bring cans in taking up a lot of street space and car sits without moving.
