I am reaching out again as my neighbors continue to have there live band practice in there backyard.  It's one thing if someone is having a weekend party and the music plays at a respectful volume. It's fine but these neighbors however do not care about anyone around them. 

They have parties alot even on weekdays. Can this matter please be addressed. If they are going to have a live band it should be in a music studio,  not our backyard!

478 New Well - Toy hauler Trailer, people living in trailer

This extremely large 25' + trailer has been parked on the street since 2012 and most recently been reported that people are living in the trailer.  There is an extension cord on the ground which is a trip and fall hazard to unexpected pedestrians walking along the sidewalk.  I went to verify on behalf of community and noted someone inside the trailer at night as well as cords on the floor along the sidewalk (day and night) with NO caution or cone to warn the unexpected.

16299 Adobe Way - There is piles of debris and trash on the side of the home

There has been a growing pile of debris and trash building on the side of the home. Items have been there for more than 6 months and growing visible from the street.

624 New Well - Weed and trash in yards for several months, Commercial Vehicle

New rental residents have been living in the home for several months and have not maintained the yard, weeds are over 2ft tall with dry brush. The home looks abandoned!  There is a large commercial vehicle (box truck) being stored in the driveway which is an eyesore to the neighborhood. 

16432 Adobe Way has Jet Ski stored on the street and driveway

The homeowner is parking two jet ski trailers in front of the home and again on the street. It appears the homeowner is running a rental operation of watercraft vehicles from the property. 

16152 Adobe large boat with expired tags parked on street

The owner at 16152 Adobe has parked a large boat across the street from their home. The boat has expired tags and has been stored for over a month on the street.

Smoke detector

Hello,

Somewhere in my neighborhood there is a smoke detector consistently beeping like the battery is out.  It has been going on since at least Wednesday, July 13th.  I can't pinpoint exactly which house it is.  It seems to be on Homestead Ave, between Pony Express Way and Adobe (probably closer to Adobe) or on Adobe between Stagecoach and Homestead Ave, (probably closer to Adobe).  Can you assist in finding this and remedying the situation?  It is getting very tiresome to hear it and hard to leave the windows open at night.  Thank you.  

Noise complaint

I would like to submit a noise complaint for 376 Schilling Ave in Lathrop, CA

Our neighbor have a live band and play very loudly and makes my walls rattle! I have asked them a few times to keep it down and it seems they play loud deliberately!

I know we have new neighbors on the other side of them and they have filed a complaint as well. I was under the assumption that in a residential neighborhood this was not allowed.
