Billboards for builder directory were recently installed on River Island Islands Parkway at each intersection. It is hard to see incoming traffic at some intersections (e.g., left turn to west River Islands Parkway from Bosch Avenue) because the billboard partially block traffic on the left side. Worse, a billboard blocks the stop sign on Sidwell Drive on the eastbound River Islands Parkway. I observed half of drivers did not stop or slow down yesterday. I can relate because the first time I drove through there, I did not see the stop until the last second.
