Police

Abandoned vehicle with cob webs growing on it, showed up a month ago. Located on Long Barn and Cedar Ridge in Lathrop. Vehicle is a white 1980s mabey early 90s Cheverlot ASTRO van. License plate 8D96323. I believe it's the neighbor across the street because they have 7 vehicles for one property. Apparently they don't use this one.

Brown broken down Chevy Tahoe and a white small vehicle behind it have been broken down for a few months and completely blocking the fire hydrant....not sure of the address street is Suzie Q lane

I want to know why I called 911 at 6:30 am to report a strange man in my neighborhood. He was watching me from across the street, when he noticed that I saw him he came across and knocked at my door and asked me thru the window if I needed a man. When I shut the window in his face he went back across the street. I called 911 and was told an officer would be here soon. Around 15 minutes later I called 911 to report he was knocking at my door again and was again told an officer would be her shortly. Well it has been almost 5 hours and still no police.  Feel safe anyone?
