Help Repair Your Home (Property Rehabilitation Program)

The City of Lathrop is offering to assist low-income homeowners with home repairs. The repairs are financed by low interest loans that may have deferred payments for the first five or more years.

The repairs may include:

Roof Replacement
Electrical
Kitchen & Bathroom Repairs
Handicap Accessibility
Painting
Linoleum & Carpeting Replacement
Plumbing Corrections
Window Replacement

The below income limitations apply:

1	$60,550 per year
2	$69,200 per year
3	$77,850 per year
4	$86,500 per year
5	$93,450 per year
6	$100,350 per year
7	$107,300 per year
8	$114,200 per year
