to add a exterior door to the right side wall of the ground floor room

Hi Sir,

I'm planning to add a 7 feet exterior door, having width of 32 inches in the right side wall of my house which is part of room in ground floor of my house. Having this door will make the ground floor room more accessible and useful. Could you please approve this change.

I've added the house design and layout of my house located at 17016 Aldergrove Ct, Lathrop, CA, 95330. Please let me know if any more information from my side.

We recently purchased our Taylor Morrison home in Paddlewheel in end of May. We noticed last month that there is a piece of wood that is raising higher every few weeks and it causes tripping. I reached out to Taylor Morrison but they said I need to connect with the city. Please advise on who to contact and what can be done to correct this problem. Thanks

I reported this issue last year, but nothing has been done.

Last night around 10 PM, my wife was walking back from Lion's Park and was crossing Barbara Terry Blvd. A white Range Rover approached from the left and failed to stop for her as she crossed at the crosswalk. She had to run out of the way and fell, injuring herself. The driver did not stop. 

This intersection urgently needs a stop sign. Please evaluate it for safety improvements before any further accidents. 

I have also reported this incident to the police. Here is the case number: 2025-1258
