Hello Lathrop City Building Division:

We are the residents of 17217 S Canyon Gate Ln., Lathrop in the Mossdale area, a few minutes walk from the City Hall. The weather has been very bad for the past few days (Feb 03 and Feb 04, 2024) with very heavy wind gusts in Lathrop (as strong as 50 mph). 

The tree in our neighbor's backyard, which is right by the fence between two properties, has been creating severe issues during these 2 days. It has uprooted the fence today and is in danger of falling over either their house or our house (depending on the wind direction).
