Hopefully this gets to the right people. We have been informed by our Solar company that the source of our project delays has been the alarmingly long processing times for the building permit. Why are we so slow while other nearby cities, some larger & some smaller than Lathrop, can take as little as 1-2 weeks? Surely if it is staffing related this would be more widespread.
