Hi, I want to list my 4 bedroom house in Lathrop as short term rental, such as on Airbnb. Is that allowed? If so, do I need a permit, and/or pay any extra fees/taxes? Thank you

Request elementary school in Lathrop near Stanford Crossing area. Lathrop has expanded to many population. Many people has resided to Lathrop near stanford crossing and Target areas but outside of River Islands. River Islands has their own schools. Lathrop residents like myself who moved in Lathrop but about 1-2miles outside of River Islands, have to take my kids to school 3 miles far out and the school was assigned was overflowing. 

Looking for a copy or record of the city approval of the Ashley Furniture project including the date. Thank you

I am planning to build a backyard shed.  How big can it in terms of length, width and height?  And does it have to be a certain distance from our neighboring fence?
