Hello, I am a consultant researching a property in the City of Lathrop and I am interested in the environmental documents that the Planning Division has relating to the site. The site has been primarily agricultural land, and is currently undergoing grading activities.
I am looking for land use records, water resource records, such as wells and septic tanks; or any other record/report that falls within the Planning Division's purview for the site.

This parcel Address : 3552 YOSEMITE AVE, LATHROP, SAN JOAQUIN, CA 95330-9748( APN : 241-400-080-000 ) in Lathrop and wants to confirm if this lot can used for commercial truck parking.

 

Would you please let me know if there are any issues about commercial parking license?

 

Can the new buyer use this lot for truck parking ?  Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated
