where is the response to the questions regarding  estimated cancer rates with the new intermodal facility?

cancer

hello, i believe i read a statement from the E P A  that said with the approval of the roth road intermodal facility the cancer rates would increase from 25 to 70 in a million.they also said an increase of 10 is considered significant.what does lathrop call an increase of 45 if 10 is considered significant? what  is this number being increased to with the new intermodal facility less than a mile from my house. the city of lathrop has effectively ruined our air quality by inviting diesel trucks into our city 24 hours a day 365days a year.

Reached out to Reporting Party (She is property Manager) to obtain more information since there is a tree in the front yard, and a tree in the park way strip. The tree in question is the one in the front yard. I confirmed with her that it is required for the owner to maintain a tree in the front yard, however i am unsure of the species. I contacted Maria in Planning, she will look into this and follow up with the reporting party.

Re-assigning to Rick..
