I've seen multiple corner lot homes in the Stanford Crossings expanding their fence lines towards the street to expand their side yards. I recently moved to my new built home and wanted to inquire if it was required to get this permitted by the city as I am also interested in doing this.

I am working with the new Sprouts grocery store development located at 16576 Golden Valley Pkwy, Lathrop CA 95330. The development is set to be done in January and I am inquiring about how mail will be delivered to this address, and if it can be delivered directly to the store or if there will be a mailbox required. Please reach out at your earliest convenience.

Not sure this is the right department, if not please pass it along to the right person.
I would like to turn my front yard into a vegetable garden. Are there any restrictions, codes or guidelines I need to be aware of and have to follow? Thank you!
On 6/23/22 an email was sent to the resident as follows:
Good morning Jeanette,
This is in regards to your question sent thru our website as follows: Good afternoon, would like to know how we can extended the side walk to park our boat on the side of our house we already laid the cement but didn't touch the curb. What steps to we take? Since the curb is city property (Ticket# 5638105b)
This is in regards to your web based inquiry (Ticket ID 564973e4 and 56486728) asking if the City of Lathrop offers any incentive if the landscaping is changed to artificial grass. Unfortunately unlike some other bigger and more established cities, the City of Lathrop does not currently offer any incentive when changing your front yard landscaping to artificial grass or any other more water efficient/conserving landscaping.
