Good morning Jeanette,

This is in regards to your question sent thru our website as follows:  Good afternoon, would like to know how we can extended the side walk to  park our boat on the side of our house we already laid the cement but didn't touch the curb. What steps to we take? Since the curb is city property (Ticket# 5638105b)

This is in regards to your web based inquiry (Ticket ID 564973e4 and 56486728) asking if the City of Lathrop offers any incentive if the landscaping is changed to artificial grass.  Unfortunately unlike some other bigger and more established cities, the City of Lathrop does not currently offer any incentive when changing your front yard landscaping to artificial grass or any other more water efficient/conserving landscaping.

changing my landscape

If I change my landscaping to an artificial grass and no water usage, is any incentive by the city to help me out to pay. I am retired on a budget.

No more gas stations

With the amount of new cars being electric is it wise to continue building more gas stations that will pollute our land and ground water. I propose a moratorium on all new gas stations for at least 5 years to see where this electric car wave goes. Do you really want to destroy 5 or 10 year old structures? Please start planning for the future not the past
