Monthly Building Activity Reports
The Building Department publishes permit reports on a monthly basis. These reports will be made available on or around the first day of each month, for the previous month's permit activity.

- PDF reports published include all permits.
- For Building Only data, click below on Report Archives.
- Find the appropriate XLS file (only available for 2026 and newer).
- Customized searches can be created and exported from LCAP, Lathrop Civic Access Portal.
- Under search, click the drop down to change from All to Permit specific information
- Click Advanced
- Add search criteria into filters
- Click Search
- Click the blue "Export" button to the top left
- Enter a File Name
- Select results export preference
- If you are still unable to find the information needed, submit PRA request by clicking Online Public Records Act Request Form.
